In line with the 2022 World Water Day’s theme “Groundwater - making the invisible visible”, BWN organized a debate on the often unregulated extraction of groundwater in the MENA region with contributions by Francois Molle (IRD), Raya Stephan (IWRA), Ines Dombrowsky (DIE) and Birgit Kemmerling (BICC).
