Overview of the content and methodological priorities
In the spirit of strengthening personal responsibility, we as teachers systematically demand and promote self-directed development of content through action- and project-oriented teaching formats and through the use of participatory methods. In addition, we consciously link research and teaching in our work and strive to arouse interest in critical scientific thinking and analytical views of educational processes and their social embedding. Through problem- and solution-oriented as well as creative teaching, we are committed to further developing the transmission of values, constructive-questioning basic attitudes and practical teaching skills and abilities with a view to the success of school educational processes. Based on connections between theoretical reflection and practical teaching, the content of our teaching is oriented towards relevant current problems.
