The upcoming PARADeS project 1st Workshop will engage the local and regional stakeholders to gain more insights into their views and knowledge on flood disaster, impact on critical infrastructure services, and adaptation measures. Participants will represent various perspectives from policymakers, technocrats, civil engagement, and academia, covering a broad array of expertise and research fields.
The following are the dates of the workshops for the three case study areas:
May 20, 2021- Accra
June 10, 2021- Kumasi
June 17, 2021- Bolgatanga
The workshop is jointly hosted by the University of Bonn (Germany), University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg (Germany), Water Resources Commission (WRC), National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), and West African Science Service Center on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL).
